At the end of this accident luckily nobody got hurt.
This happened in iFLY Orlando, the first SkyVenture wind tunnel ever built. The tunnel is an open flow design and was built in 1999.
We don't know the details, but our best guess is
As the engines of this tunnel are on the top and they are sucking the air up, the blades of the engine detached, which sent them flying through the flight chamber, ripping the cable net.
